Privacy Policy

Picforms (picforms.com) helps people prepare photos, documents and forms for applications. This page explains what we collect and why.

Your files stay on your device

All free tools — photo and signature resizing, background replacement, PDF compression and merging, document straightening, file conversion, file checking, date conversion and name spelling — run inside your web browser. The photos and documents you choose are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. Some tools download open-source code libraries from public content networks (jsDelivr, cdnjs, esm.sh) and, for background removal, an AI model from IMG.LY's content network; your files are not sent to them.

Account information

If you create an account we store your email address, your name (if you give it), a securely hashed password (if you sign up with email), your Google account ID (if you use "Continue with Google"), your chosen country, and the date you joined. We use a cookie to keep you signed in. When you sign in with Google we receive only your name, email address and Google account ID.

Help requests

If you request a human helper we store what you tell us in the request (the application, your message and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number) so we can reply to you.

Email

We send emails only to confirm your address, reset your password, or reply to your help requests. We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Storage and security

Account data is stored on our server in a protected database. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Your country choice is also saved in your browser's local storage.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account and data at any time by emailing hello@picforms.com. We delete account data within 30 days of a verified request.
